Great Chefs Series: Patrick Mulvaney
Join us for our second event in the Great Chefs Series at the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science at UC Davis.

February 28, 2015, our popular Great Chefs Series is back featuring Patrick Mulvaney, a mainstay and cornerstone of the Sacramento culinary scene, and pioneer in the Farm-to-Fork movement. On the morning of the lecture, 24 participants will meet Chef Mulvaney in the Food Innovation Kitchen, a state-of-the-art learning facility located within the Robert Mondavi Institute.
They will enjoy private instruction and get to dine with this world class chef. Afterward, participants will enjoy a lecture, and food tasking with a wine and beer pairing.
9AM-12PM: Beginning at 9AM, participants who register for the full day will join Chef Mulvaney and prepare a number of dishes. At noon, participants will enjoy lunch with the chef, eating the food prepared together. At 2PM the afternoon portion begins featuring a lecture, and food, wine and beer tastings. Tickets for the full day are $250 and can be purchased online.

2PM-4PM: Staring at 2PM a larger audience will attend a lecture by Chef Mulvaney, including pairings of food, wine and beer in the Silverado Vineyards Sensory Theater. Participants will have the chance to ask questions, meet the chef, and enjoy excellent food! Tickets for the afternoon portion are $50 and can be purchased online.
