"Floating on the Edge" is Marsha Schindler's current series that whimsically creates a narrative of play and danger.
Marsha Schindler’s current series of female swimmers and boats relate to her life-long interest in both swimming and the ocean. Her ceramic sculptures narrative, and her sculptural work and large-scale charcoal drawings bridge issues of danger, play, and security. Marsha Schindler: Floating on the Edge will be open to the public at the Pence Gallery Tuesday- Sunday 11:30 AM- 5:00 PM January 6, 2017, to February 26, 2017. The Pence Gallery is a non-profit gallery that is free and open to all ages.
