Massage Therapist Arrested, Accused of Sexual Battery In Davis: Police

DAVIS, CA – A 44-year-old massage therapist was arrested today in Davis on suspicion of sexual battery after a client went to the Davis Police Department and filed a complaint, authorities said.

Rodwin Yamone Vibat of Woodland was arrested at approximately 11:30 a.m. at his place of employment, Oh My Aching Back on the 900 block of Third Street, according to the Davis police.

Police said a female in her 30s reported to the department that sexual battery occurred on an earlier date when she went for a massage with the suspect, police said. "She alleged that during the massage the suspect sexually battered her," police said, adding that after an investigation, the arrest was made.

Vibat was booked at the Yolo County Jail.
