Consultants will prepare CEQA and Coastal Act documents through 2027, while the city repositions the bluff as a backup site after affordable housing talks at the fairgrounds were halted.
• Rotary Club of Del Mar-Solana Beach honors Susan Hennenfent with Governor's Recognition Award (sandiegouniontribune.com) — A local Rotary leader, Susan Hennenfent, has been honored with the Governor's Recognition Award for her sustained service to the Del Mar-Solana Beach Rotary Club.
