Consultants will prepare CEQA and Coastal Act documents through 2027, while the city repositions the bluff as a backup site after affordable housing talks at the fairgrounds were halted.
   

• Rotary Club of Del Mar-Solana Beach honors Susan Hennenfent with Governor's Recognition Award (sandiegouniontribune.com) — A local Rotary leader, Susan Hennenfent, has been honored with the Governor's Recognition Award for her sustained service to the Del Mar-Solana Beach Rotary Club. Members meet Friday mornings at the Hilton Del Mar to plan service projects, hear speakers, and build community connections, and club leaders say Hennenfent's dedication continues to inspire their growing membership.
