Email to parents:

Dear Falcon Families,
Today administration became aware of graffiti on campus that referenced a threat to a school. The administration is working cooperatively with the San Diego Police Department (SDPD) to investigate the threat. Based on the information administration has at this time, the threat appears to be transient and non-specific.
TPHS will be open this week as scheduled. SDPD and school administration will have an increased presence on our campus today and tomorrow. Please know that student and staff safety are always a high priority for us. For more information about safety on our campus,
please visit our safety webpage. As part of our "see something, hear something, say something" campaign, we encourage all students to report concerns to any staff member and today our students did this. I would like to thank the students who reported the information to our administration team. Law enforcement and our school administrators take all threats seriously, and we use all of our resources to investigate thoroughly. Please remind your students of the importance of reporting threats to trusted adults or authorities. Students are always able
to speak with adults on campus, but we also have a 24-hour anonymous reporting hotline through WeTip via phone (1-800-78-CRIME) or their website.
