A Carmel Valley family was displaced from their home after a house fire caused $50,000 in damages Monday night, according to 10News. The fire took place on Benchly Road near Gaffney Court around 10 p.m., the local new station said.
Fire officials said the blaze started in an upstairs back bedroom, according to 10News, but as of Monday night it was still unclear what caused the fire.
