• Pre-registering to speak will not be required, although speakers will have the option to register early to assist with speaker management at the meeting ;
• The Zoom link and dial-in information will be published on agendas instead of being emailed to pre-registered public speakers;
• Members of the public will be able to join meetings online or by phone; and
• Advisory committees will be equipped to take oral testimony from public speakers.
