Horticulturalist, landscape contractor and author Greg Rubin is scheduled to deliver an online training to the Design Review Board at 5 p.m. Wednesday ahead of the board’s regular meeting at 6 p.m.Residents are encouraged to watch the session, which is geared to inform the DRB and City staff about the advantages of using native plants in landscape designs.
