So take out and dine out on the ocean view deck of the Del Mar Civic Center plaza.To encourage orders of take-out meals from our many fine restaurants, we are adding extra tables and chairs from noon through 5 p.m. on weekends through Jan. 3. But bring those to-go orders any day of the week.No reservations are needed and plenty of free parking is available in the Civic Center garage at 1050 Camino del Mar.Where else to bring that to-go food?
