The Men’s Club of Beth Israel of San Diego is proud to welcome Barry Graff, Ph.D. as our guest speaker at the March 16 Dinner Forum. His presentation will focus on “Families and Family Business”. Attendance at this Dinner Forum has been scheduled as a “Men Only” program.

Barry is an organizational consultant and the founder of Family/Business Systems. He received his Ph.D. in psychology from Michigan State University, and has considerable post-graduate training consulting with families and family-owned businesses.

He is a licensed Psychologist and a member of both the American Psychological Association and the Family Firm Institute. He is also an active member of the Family Business Forums at the University of San Diego, and Cal State Fullerton.

He also consults with family-owned and closely held businesses on succession planning, organizational and leadership development, and communication and conflict resolution. This includes consultation with the wide range of professional advisers who assist these businesses.

An important focus of his consulting engagements is the integration of management succession, ownership succession, estate planning and family relationship building and communication. His Leadership development work has included assessment, training, and coaching of upper and mid-level managers, focusing on individual and team development. He is a frequent speaker at meetings of regional and national industry groups.

This program is open to Men in the San Diego community. A buffet style dinner will be served. The dinner fee: $15 with an RSVP, $18 without an RSVP.
