The little pup made its way under a backyard gate in the Canyon Ridge neighborhood in Carmel Valley.

"Bella," a 13-pound, white poodle, escaped under a backyard gate today in the Carmel Valley neighborhood of Canyon Ridge, and the pup's "Auntie Annette" is desperate to find the dog.
While her sister is on a cruise, Annette R. is dog-sitting Bella.

"Please, please help me find my sister’s dog that I’m babysitting," Annette wrote. "She escaped under my gate."
Annette lives on Caminito Impersado, near Caminito Angelico and Caminito Campaneo, off Carmel Canyon Road.
The dog's tag reads "Bella Lupo" and has a 760-area-code phone number, however that number belongs to the vacationing sister. Anyone who spots or has information on Bella can call or text Annette at 858-335-5685.
