Natural Gas Leak Reported In Carmel Valley
The incident caused authorities to shut down El Camino Real between Del Mar Heights Road and Neurocrine Place, officials said.

SAN DIEGO, CA – A natural gas leak prompted a street closure Friday morning in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego.
The gas leak, which was caused by a construction mishap, happened in the 3300 block of Del Mar Heights. The incident caused authorities to shut down El Camino Real between Del Mar Heights Road and Neurocrine Place, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
No injuries have been reported.
