This change in operating hours and service to the public is a result of significant cuts totaling over 20 percent to the City’s budget for the coming fiscal year resulting from COVID-19. The cuts resulted in a 10 percent reduction in the City’s workforce in addition to unpaid furloughs and salary reductions for all employees.
Public safety and emergency services provided to the community continue to be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
