One Paseo: Advanced Development, or Unaccelerated Traffic Hole

Come one. Come all. The new development many Carmel Valley residents have mixed feelings about.

One Paseo, Mixed Feelings, Real Concerns

A new development in the cross of Del Mar Heights Rd and El Camino Bvd. One main concern from residents is increasing the already rough traffic patterns. Typically, traffic runs rough during both the morning hours and the early evening hours.

Local Schools Impact Traffic

Local Schools, Torrey Pines, Solana Highlands, Carmel Valley MS and Cathedral Catholic.

Schools start at different times, but TPHS starts at 7:30, with students being dropped off around 7:30. TP is located on Del Mar Heights road, along with two other High School's, Cathedral Catholic and Canyon Crest Academy.

Normal Commute, Pre-Sets For A Bad Notation

Normal commute hours, to work, and from work already are stressful and full of red break-lights throughout Carmel Valley, Pacific Highlands Ranch, and Torrey Hills. Adding new restaurant and store hotspots would only increase vehicular traffic to the region.
