• Legal Notices, September 4, 2026 (thecoastnews.com) — Several upcoming public hearings in Del Mar could shape local housing, lagoon flood protection, and fair-housing rules, including a Sept. 15 Planning Commission meeting at Town Hall on the San Dieguito Lagoon levee and a La Atalaya development agreement. Additional ordinance updates on supportive housing and reasonable accommodations may also affect how future projects are reviewed in Del Mar neighborhoods.

In partnership with the Del Mar Library, DMCC is offering limited free copies for 92014 residents and invites older adults to register online or by phone.
