• Area CHP responds to big rig I-10 traffic collision: Incident west of Blythe saw minor injury (pvvt.com) — Drivers who use I-10 near Desert Center should know a recent early-morning crash east of town overturned a semi, spilled diesel, and briefly blocked both eastbound lanes. Traffic was diverted to State Route 177 before one lane reopened and all lanes were cleared by about 8:26 a.m., with only a minor injury reported.
