The U.S. women’s national team had a 1-1 draw with Japan in the opening game of the Kirin Challenge Cup. According to ESPN, Morgan’s goal came in the 73rd minute, and she has scored in six of the past eight U.S. games.
The team next plays Brazil on Tuesday.
