Botox is Beautiful

I started to worry about my skin and aging in my 30s. In my teens and 20s I was a firm believer in Hawaiian Tropic tanning oil with an SPF of maybe 4. By 30, I recognized the value of using SPF 30 on my face, religiously. And now that I am 40. . . well, sunscreen is nice, but it only inhibits aging and does nothing to reverse what is already there.

To combat the signs of aging, I went of a pilgrimage to discover the best anti-aging products in the $30 to $50 price range. May I say there is not much around in the range that actually works to remove the tell tale smile lines.  And in the land of the beautiful, I really need something that WILL work, not some promise of hope. As I looked at one after another of my friends making appointments for Botox and fillers, I knew my time would soon come.

I went in with a plan to have a laser facial done because I wanted something I
thought was less invasive than Botox. Dr. Yatar gently suggested that Botox is actually a great place to start because it is not permanent and totally affordable. I
was amazed at the cost- affordable to the extent of costing less than the host of products I had bought and had failed to see a change with.

The staff is full of believers who practice what they preach. Most of the women
are just like you and me- people who want to maintain some semblance of youth
for as long as they can. They are not aggressive salespeople and are committed
to providing information and education, not a sales pitch.  I am so happy with the results that I just had to share.

While I may not be an actor, in this proximity to the industry I can look like one!
