Bunnies Outside and Inside

Bunnies. I swear they're getting smaller. If they were sheep, I would wonder if they are being washed in hot water and shrinking like wool sweaters into lambs. My husband assures me that they are not getting smaller. They are having babies. Lots of babies.

Okay. I'm game. But you Charlie Sheen types — when you see the white powder all over my garden — it's flour. As in biscuits or the play-dough stuff we made in kindergarten. Try eating it and all you will get is pasty-mouth. Which, come to think of it, is step up from potty mouth. So if you want — go for it.

Why can't it be a law of nature that we self-employed types may have time and money at the same time? I suppose God made life work this way because He wants us to appreciate both employment and time off. Which for women means, time to get to the other job. Our home.

So many deadlines to hurdle over this last month. The dust bunnies have been sitting around waiting for me so long, they are looking  bored. If I don't get to chasing them soon, I'm going to have to name them, demand birth certificates and immunization records to get them enrolled in school.

I actually have some serious thoughts to share with you, dear readers. But I needed this little comic relief first.

Next up. Where there is peril is also promise. I have some thoughts to share on if a football stadium comes, what I want from it. Hint: It isn't football.
