Low to lower income housing unanimously approved by Diamond Bar City Council

Low to lower income housing unanimously approved by Diamond Bar City Council

There was a public meeting on 6/21/12 at 7pm. My wife attended with a couple neighbors. She said there were very few people from Diamond Bar. Originally I thought Diamond bar residents didn't care if there are 466 high density units of low and lower income housing built. I'm praying people do care and the Diamond Bar residents were just not informed.

I really want to know if the Diamond Bar residents care or can careless.

  • Property values will go down
  • Increase in crime, gangs
  • Increase traffic
  • Overly crowded schools

I know there is no politically correct way of stating this and all people should have housing but why here? I know zero about politics and I offer no solutions. Any suggestions?
