The Coyotes are Back
Cohabitating with indigenous species such as the coyote- sometimes it is hard to appreciate how they suppress rodents and skunks because they are notorious hunters of pets.
The first sighting of the season was just before noon on Independence Day. A handsome fellow, he hung around for about an hour before disappearing into the brush.
The bunny rabbits understand. They have gone into hiding.
We understand. The dogs are now allowed in the backyard without us. Not for 30 seconds.
