Diamond Bar Area Stabbing Investigated Wednesday
A stabbing near Diamond Bar in the community of Whittier was investigated Wednesday. One victim "injured considerably" according to reports
DIAMOND BAR, CA — Police today investigated a stabbing in Whittier, near Diamond Bar, Ca.
The incident was reported at 7:53 p.m. Tuesday in the 10700 block of Beverly Boulevard, where the victim was stabbed by an unidentified man, said Whittier police Sgt. Jay Tatman.
The victim fled from the attacker in his vehicle but crashed into a block wall nearby in the 11500 block of Beverly Boulevard, Tatman said. No one was injured as a result of the crash other than the victim, who was "injured considerably" and taken to a nearby hospital for surgery, he said.
