Diamond Bar, Diamond Ranch Baseball Represented On All-CIF Team
Diamond Bar pitcher Kenny Mathews is voted to the first team, while Diamond Ranch slugger Rouric Bridgewater makes the second team in Division 3.
The CIF has legitimized the caliber of baseball in Diamond Bar by selecting Diamond Bar pitcher Kenny Mathews and Diamond Ranch infielder to the Division 3 All-CIF teams this week.
The teams were selected by the CIF coaches throughout the Southern Section.
Mathews, who of Major League Baseball’s June Amateur Draft, was a first team selection. Bridgewater, who will play for Arizona State in the fall, was named to the second team.
