Diamond Bar Gas Prices Dip On First Week Of Summer

Where is the lowest gas price in Diamond Bar and Walnut? Here's what we found.

DIAMOND BAR, CA — On the first day and week of summer, gas prices are reaching reasonable levels in southern California once again. Looking for cheap gas in Arcadia? The Chevron on Golden Springs Drive and Brea Canyon Road reported in with $2.75 per gallon of regular, self-serve unleaded gasoline.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped Wednesday for the 19th consecutive day, decreasing a half-cent to $2.98.

The average price has dropped 9.2 cents over the past 19 days, including seven-tenths of a cent on Tuesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 3.7 cents less than one week ago and 7.6 cents lower than one month ago, but 7.7 cents higher than one year ago and 16.1 cents more than on Jan. 1.

The Orange County average price Wednesday dropped for the 16th consecutive day and 20th time in 21 days, decreasing seven-tenths of a cent to $2.95. It has dropped 11.3 cents over the past 21 days, including six-tenths of a cent on Tuesday.

The Orange County average price is 4.7 cents less than one week ago and 9.8 cents lower than one month ago, but 6.9 cents higher than one year ago and 13.2 cents more than on Jan. 1.
