Diamond Bar Resident Visits Surf City For Patch Photo Of The Week

It's late summer in SoCal, and the perfect time for locals to return to the shore, especially at the pier, for Patch's photo of the week.

DIAMOND BAR, CA —This week, Diamond Bar entrepreneur and Lyft driver Sam Patel captured the sight on camera. The sight of the Huntington Beach Pier is iconic Orange County, especially for locals after the summer crowds have dwindled.

"I had a drop off out there in Huntington Beach," Sam told Patch. "I took a break and happened upon this view and decided just to hang out until the light was where I liked."

Like many budding photographers, his Nikon camera goes along for the ride most places. This day was no different, and Patel took the chance to snap a pic and send it to Patch's Photo of the Week.
