A costume contest, great dinner dancing and prizes will be offered at the Halloween Dinner Dance at the Diamond Bar Center ballroom. A costume isn't necessary if you're not in the mood, but don't miss any of the fun. Recommended for those ages 55 and older. Fee: $15.
