Woman Missing After Husband Found Dead From Apparent Suicide

Marisela Hernandez did not show to work and efforts to reach her by family members have been unsuccessful.

A search was underway Thursday for a Pomona woman who went missing the same day her husband’s body was discovered at their home, according to Pomona police.

The body of Ivan Hernandez was discovered about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the garage of the home he shared with his wife, Marisela Fabian Hernandez, according to Pomona police.

Officers went to that location in response to a suicide call, presumably made by Ivan Rodriguez, according to police. Pomona police would not disclose the address of the house.
