DHS Cheerleaders hold Zumba Fundraiser on Friday, June 20

News from the Dixon High Cheer Squad:

The Dixon High School Cheerleaders will hold a Zumba Fundraiser on Friday, June 20 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Dixon High School Big Gym. 

Come join the world’s leading fitness craze! 

Zumba fuses fitness, entertainment and culture using a blend of upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography for a total-body workout. 

The Zumba workout will be led by Angie Pewitt, Miranda Qamar and various other guest instructors. 

All DHS Cheerleaders are selling tickets in advance at discount for $8.00 or you may contact the coaches at dixonhighcheer@gmail.com.  

Tickets will also be sold at the door for $10.00 per person. 

Proceeds will help cheerleaders cover the cost of the program, of over $1,100 per person, for their uniforms, warm-ups, accessories, camp attire and cheerleading camp through the Universal Cheerleaders Association, held at UC Davis in July.
