Abigail Ernest left the pack in the dust.
The nine-month old girl pulled away to an early lead and never looked back to win the 2011 Diaper Derby at the Dixon May Fair Saturday.
Nine-month old Jack Latham took the boys' crown uncontested, but the story was Ernest, who jumped ahead at the the start and maintained a decent five-foot lead.

Abigail's mother Autumn said that she's been training her daughter for this day.
"We took her outside on the grass and she crawls across the floor at the karate school (Ramtown Karate)," Autumn said. "Her favorite way to crawl is a bear crawl, with her knees off the ground."

This is Autumn's second child to win a Diaper Derby, as Abigail's older brother Teddy won the event at the 2009 May Fair.
