0048 Traffic stop in the 600 block of Amesbury Dr resulted in the arrest of Wyatt Hill (24), of Vacaville for CVC 23152(A)-DUI and CVC 23103. A passenger fled from the vehicle and was drunk in public. The passenger was located and detained, but later released without charge. Hill’s 2003 Mazda Protégé was impounded by for 30 days as per CVC 23109.2(B), reckless driving.

1341 Suspicious circumstance 500 block of Doyle Ln. Several subjects (HMA) with tattoos and wearing tank tops got out of a gold Buick sedan with rounded tail lamps and approached the RP’s front door. When the RP answered, the subjects fled the scene. The vehicle was located in Davis later that night by an off-duty officer and the occupants were taken into custody by Davis PD for property crime and weapon offenses.

1430 Suspicious person in the 1500 block of Pembroke Way (male subject reportedly hopping a fence on the linear path). Joe Rosano(31), of Dixon was contacted in the area, matching the description while he was loitering around Gretchen Higgins. Rosano (CDCR Parole) admitted to peering over a residential fence prior to officers arriving. Rosano was arrested when shaved car keys 466 PC and prescription meds 4060 B&P were located in his pants pocket. A parole hold was placed on Rosano per 3056 PC and he was transported to Solano County Jail.

1540 Suspicious person in the 200 block of East Dorset Dr. A 50 year old male was soliciting work in the parking lot.

1610 Suspicious circumstance reported in the 100 block of North Adams St. A male was seen urinating behind a dumpster. The male was contacted, admitted to the incident and was asked to leave the area.

1618 Follow-up investigation regarding an assault case at Hall Park. RP called on 911 to report a sighting of one of the juvenile suspects that was involved in a fight the previous day. Officers responded to the area and subsequently located a 15 year old male juvenile in the skate park at Hall Park. The male was found to be involved in the incident the previous day. Due to his participation, the juvenile was placed under arrest per 242 PC assault and 211 PC robbery. The juvenile was booked into Juvenile Hall.
