0425 Vehicle burglary reported in progress in the 200 block of Fuller Lane. DPD units responded and contacted a person matching the description. The investigation determined that multiple vehicles had been tampered with and items stolen from inside of four different vehicles, including a locked vehicle. As a result, Joshua Iain Meeks, 19, of Dixon, was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail for PC 459-Burglary, PC 488-Petty Theft and (2) counts of CVC 10852-Vehicle Tampering.
