2025 Disturbance in the 400 block of Marvin Way, resulted in the arrest of Osvaldo Martin Tapia, (29), of Dixon, after he punched a Dixon Police Officer in the face. He fled on foot and was caught hiding in a shed. He was subdued with pepper spray and was booked into the Solano County Jail for: PC 148 – Resisting Arrest, PC 243(c) -Battery on a Peace Officer, and PC 594-Vandalism.
