0129 Suspicious circumstance in the 2800 block of West A St resulted in the arrest of Kristina Stormey Balija, (24) of American Canyon. Balija was contacted in a parking lot and found to have two misdemeanor no-cite Napa County Warrants for possession of a controlled substances (11350 HS and 11377 HS). Incident to arrest, two glass methamphetamine pipes were discovered in Balija’s possession. Balija was transported to Solano County Jail and upon being booked into Solano County Jail, Balija was also found to be in possession of a hypodermic syringe and methamphetamine, in violation of 4573 PC, felony.

0055 Domestic Violence reportedly occurring in the 1200 block of Stratford Ave resulted in the arrest of Brandon James Cooper (29), of Dixon for misdemeanor warrants for 853.7 PC – failure to appear, out of both Sacramento and Solano Counties. Cooper was subsequently booked into the Solano County Jail.

0635 Traffic stop in the 400 block of N. Adams St. resulted in the cite and release of Samuel Bifarella (27) for Driving on a Suspended License.

1107 Bike stop in the area of Gill Drive @ McCarthy Ct. resulted in 10-15 of Nicholas Barnes (34) for Failure to Appear and Warrants for Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe. Subject transported to Solano County Jail.

2034 911 in the 1500 block of Reed Dr resulted in the arrest of Ahmad Ihdaib (30) of Dixon per 273.5 PC- Domestic Violence with injury and 148(A)(1) PC- Obstruct/Resist/Delay Peace Officer. Ihdaib fled into his residence as officers contacted him regarding a domestic violence incident. Ihdaib refused to come outside to speak with officers. After an hour and ten minute stand-off, officers were able to make entry to the residence and take Ihdaib into custody without injury to him or the involved officers. Ihdaib was transported to Solano County Jail where he was booked on the above listed charges.
