0222 Traffic stop in the 1000 block of North 1st St resulted in the arrest of Hannah Grubb (20) of Vacaville and Faye Miller (24) of Vacaville per 11364(a) HS, possession of drug paraphernalia. Syringes, spoons etc with Heroin residue on them were discovered in their possession. Both subjects were cited and released from the scene.

0603 Stolen vehicle in the 1300 block of Revelle Court. Woodland PD was out with the vehicle which had been burned. After contacting the R/O it turned out the van had been stolen.

0958 Domestic argument in the 300 block of Archer Pl.

1043 Agency assist for Dixon Fire at West H Street and Newgate Way. A subject called 911 when her friend overdosed on heroin.

1017 Trespassing at the Hall Park soccer arena. Matt Cordell (44) of Dixon was arrested per 11377(a) possession of methamphetamine and released with a citation.

1347 Non-injury traffic accident in the 100 block of North 1st Street. Parties exchanged info.

1401 Hit and run traffic collision in the 100 block of West E Street. Suspect hit a vehicle earlier and promised to come back. (S) Robert Ornelas (61) of Dixon returned back to the location while officers were there. When officers contacted Ornelas he began drinking a beer inside his vehicle. Ornelas was found to be on felony probation for DUI. He was arrested for driving while suspended, probation violation, open container and DUI. Ornelas was transported to the PD where he blew a .15% and .16%. He was then transported to Solano County Jail.

2341 Traffic stop of a bike on North Washington St/West F St resulted in the arrest of Jose Zarate(18) Dixon for 21310 PC, possession of a concealed knife. Zarate was stopped for a vehicle code violation and officers located a full size kitchen chef knife shoved down the (inside) front of his jeans on one side(not in a sheath) and a hammer shoved inside the left from side of his pants. Zarate told officers he needed the knife and hammer for protection. Zarate was cited and released from the scene.
