1749 Stolen vehicle reported in the parking lot of 221 North First St. Luke’s Lounge. The call was cancelled while officers were en route after the owner found his own vehicle where he had parked it. Traffic stop for numerous vehicle violations on the vehicle in the area of West H at N. Lincoln St. resulted in the arrest of Rhett Patrick Downen (31) of Dixon for 23152(a/b) VC DUI +.08 BAC. Downen was transported and booked into Solano County Jail. Vehicle towed and a 30 day hold placed on it.

Chestnut St and discovered one of the participants, David Hernandez, 25, of Dixon, was wanted on two outstanding no-bail warrants. Hernandez was booked into the Solano County Jail on charges of 211 PC-robbery, and 1203.2a PC-violation of probation.

0105 Report of suspicious persons looking into vehicles parked in the 1400 blk of Ary Ln. Subjects were located at the Valero gas station. Emilio Salgado, 29, of Dixon, was arrested on an outstanding no cite warrant for a Failure to Appear on an 11364 H&S-narcotics paraphernalia, charge. Juan Carlos Avalos Zavala, 30, of Winters, was found to be in possession of possession of narcotics paraphernalia in violation of 11364 H&S. Salgado was booked into the Solano County Jail.
