0728 Trespass in the 200 block of West H St resulted in a pedestrian contact of Irvin LAZOYA(27) of Dixon in front of the old Goodwill. Lazoya was arrested for possession of a methamphetamine pipe, possession of a concealed deadly weapon and a probation violation. LAZOYA was transported to Solano County Jail.
