0320 Flagdown at Ary Ln / Pitt School Rd advising of possible DUI. Vehicle and driver contacted at Chevron on Commercial Way, but officers determined the vehicle was having mechanical issues and the driver was not intoxicated.

0920 Traffic Enforcement stop at N. First / West E Sts resulted in the arrest of John Milton Miller, Jr, 33, of Dixon for three outstanding warrants. Miller was booked into the Solano County Jail on warrants that included the following charges out of the Dixon Police Dept: 273.6 PC-violation of a restraining order, and 11377a H&S-possession of a controlled substance, and also 14601.1(a) VC-drive with a suspend license, out of the Burbank Police Dept.

0940 Suspicious Person contacted urinating behind an open business in the 1200 blk of Stratford Ave. William Johnathan Paine, 48, of Glendale, CA, was booked at the Solano County Jail for violation of 647(f) PC-public intoxication, and 22453.11(A) B&P-theft.

0105 Domestic Dispute in the 1800 blk of Gold St led to the arrest of Edgar Burciaga, 22, of Dixon, on outstanding felony warrants from Yolo County. Burciaga was booked into the Solano County Jail on a $70,000 warrant for vandalism and a $50,000 warrant for transportation of an illegal substance.
