1845 Vehicle vandalism reported in the 500 blk of West A St. Candise Lauren McIntyre, 22, of Dixon, reported the rear window to her rental vehicle was smashed while it was parked on the street. The investigating officer took the report and was then presented information by a third party that revealed the window was broken in Fairfield during an altercation involving Marvell Wilkins, Jr, 39, of Dixon, during which McIntyre was present. Wilkins then arrived on scene and was arrested for public intoxication. Additionally, Fairfield PD advised of probable cause to arrest Wilkins concerning a hit-&-run in MacIntyre’s vehicle. McIntyre was booked into the Solano County Jail for violation of 148.5(a) PC–false reporting of a crime, and Wilkins was booked for 647(f) PC-public intoxication. Fairfield PD later responded to the jail to interview Wilkins.
