1055 Felony Vehicle Stop by the Dixon Police Dept and Solano County Sheriff’s Dept at Rose Way / Rehrmann Dr resulted in the arrest of three occupants. Passenger Frank Dea Bauman, 27, of Dixon, was taken into custody on charges related to the above ADW which occurred in the 700 blk of N. Adams St. He was booked into the Solano County Jail for violations of: 245(a)(2) PC-assault with a deadly weapon-firearm, 25850(a) PC-possession of a loaded firearm in public, and 29800(a)(1) PC-convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Bauman was also wanted on a $90,000 warrant through the Solano County Sheriff’s Dept for 459 PC-burglary, a $5,000 warrant through the Vacaville Police Dept for 14601 CVC-drive while suspended, and a $5,000 warrant through the Dixon Police Dept for 488 PC-petty theft. Detectives with the Sheriff’s Dept were granted a bail enhancement and Bauman is now being held at the Solano County Jail on $750,000 bail. The driver, Troy Andre Tauriac, 40, of Vacaville, was taken into custody on a $5,000 warrant from the Vacaville Police Dept for 1203.2 PC-probation violation. Passenger Elysia Marania Mosley, 27, of Dixon, was taken into custody for violations of 11377(a) H&S-possession of methamphetamine, and 11364 H&S-possession of narcotics paraphernalia.

SNELL decided to fight with officers, was placed in a WRAP restraint and transported to Solano County Jail for the above charge.

Juan was contacted with marijuana all over his shirt and pants. Further investigation yielded a stolen handgun in his possession. Diaz was transported to Solano County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

2030 Interrupted Vehicle Burglary in the 1000 blk of Woodvale Dr. A citizen on a cell phone followed a subject he observed fleeing from a neighbor’s driveway after he heard a car alarm activate. Officers contacted and detained parolee Brennan Scott Hodges, 22, of Dixon, on the pedestrian pathway between CA Jacobs and Montessori Schools. The ensuing investigation revealed a burglary attempt only with no access having been made to the inside of the vehicle. Hodges was placed under Citizen’s Arrest and transported to the Solano County Jail where he was booked for violation of 10852 CVC-vehicle tampering. CDCR also granted a parole hold sought against Hodges by the arresting officer per 3056 PC.
