1025 Suspicious person reported on the roof of a building in the 300 block of North Almond Street resulted in the arrest of David Jones(38), of Vacaville. Jones was booked into Solano County Jail for PC 646.9-stalking, PC 273.6-violation of a Domestic Violence Restraining Order, H&S 11377-possession of methamphetamine and H&S 11364.1-possession of drug paraphernalia.

Koster was booked into Solano County Jail for a no-bail warrant, possession of a controlled substance, PC 1203.2-probation violation.
