The driver was stopped and it resulted in the arrest of Christopher Ellis, 24, of Dixon for CVC 23152(A)(B)-DUI, CVC 23103-Reckless Driving, CVC 20002(A)-Hit and Run and CVC 14601.21(A)-Driving on a suspended license for a previous DUI arrest. The vehicle was towed and the driver was booked into the Solano County Jail.
