1522 Suspicious circumstance in the 1500 block of North 1st St, resulted in the subsequent arrest of Timothy John CASAVANT(25) of Vacaville for Felony Burglary, 459PC and Possession of a Controlled Substance, 11377(A) as well as a Misdemeanor Citizen’s Arrest for Shoplifting, 459.5 PC. A white Lexus SUV with disabled plates returned to the scene of a previous crime and the driver committed another burglary. Quick action by store employees prevented CASAVANT from taking additional store property and provided valuable information to police. CASAVANT was seen in Vacaville by a witness and a Dixon officer responded to the area. Vacaville PD responded to the area to perform an agency assist and located/detained the suspect. With the help of Vacaville police, CASAVANT was successfully identified and later transported to Solano County Jail. Casavant’s Lexus was towed incident to arrest.
