0635 Pedestrian stop in the 1200 block of Stratford Ave resulted in the arrest of Nick Barnes(32) and Jacob Werley (28) of Dixon for H&S 11364-Possession of drug paraphernalia and H&S11357(c)-Possession of over an ounce of marijuana. Both were cite–released from the scene.
