8-Week Natural Childbirth Course. Complete preparation for labor, birth, and postpartum plus newborn care and early parenting by Childbirth Educator Debra Dingman. Empahsis is on relaxation and belief that birth is a natural process. Course is most effective when attended wit baby's partner but any labor partner is welcome. Registration required. Cost is $200 and includes workbook and materials; some partial scholarships may be available.
