$95.00 per player (April 28 – May 31)

$105.00 per player (June 1-15)

please provide a copy of child’s birth certificateand a 1x1 color photo (id size) of your child (No Hats or sunglasses)

REGISTRATION FORMS available for pickup and drop off at dream home realty*please do not leave cash at this location – checks or money orders only*
