The 4th Annual Lynch Canyon Trail Run

Join us for the Fourth Annual Lynch Canyon Trail Run.  The trail  course is a perimeter loop of the Lynch Canyon Open Space. The route, comprised of about 85% wide track and 15% single track will take runners along the North Ridge Trail and Prairie Ridge Trail with outstanding views of the Napa Valley, San Francisco Bay, Mt. Tamalpais, and Mt. Diablo. 10K and Half Marathon runners will experience approximately 1,500 ft and 3,000 ft of elevation gain respectively.

The event also includes a FREE 2.5 mile community hike with about 400 ft of elevation gain. We’ve included this event to encourage everyone to participate and enjoy some great outdoor recreation that Solano County has to offer (on a less challenging route). Event proceeds will be used for the improvement of Lynch Canyon and promoting the use of it’s open space for healthy living. Lynch Canyon is owned by The Solano Land Trust, a non-profit organization that preserves and protects open space in Solano County.

Directions: Conveniently located off I-80 in the hills between Vallejo and Cordelia. Take I-80 Exit 36 toward Hiddenbrooke Parkway. Before entering the Hiddenbrooke development, turn left on the frontage road (look for the small brown sign pointing to Lynch Canyon). Lynch Canyon is 1.7 miles down the frontage road.
