Man Reported Missing From Solano Co. Found Safe

SOLANO COUNTY, CA – Vacaville police said a man who went missing from his home Monday afternoon was found safe in San Francisco Tuesday.

Jesse Sims, 78, was last seen leaving his Vacaville home around 1 p.m. Monday in a gray 2005 Lexus LS 430. He was considered at-risk because he suffers from dementia, police said.

His car was seen on the Bay Bridge around 1 p.m. Tuesday, police said. Sims is safe and at home with his family, police said.
