• Solano County fire destroys home for sale (fox40.com) — Dixon Fire Department crews helped knock down a major early-morning house fire on Winding Way in unincorporated Vacaville, keeping it from spreading to nearby vegetation and an accessory unit. The vacant home, which had been listed for sale, was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived and is now off the market while officials continue their follow-up work.
