• Dixon Fire Department Responds to Second-Alarm Structure Fire on Putah Creek Road (independentvoice.com) — Emergency crews from the Dixon Fire Department are battling a major residential structure fire on Putah Creek Road in the Dixon Fire Protection District, with more than 40 firefighters on scene and a second alarm called. Putah Creek Road is closed between McNeil Road and Stevenson Bridge Road, and residents are urged to avoid the area while multiple regional agencies assist and crews remain on site for several hours.
